Well actually Jimmy Attre's Hamd was released in the pmx site yesterday:

And (even if you didn't mention it in your list, but you still accused the PM guys of not caring about such stuff) Junaid Jamshed's latest naat album was added to the library recently. And PakMusic Radio is indeed caring about Ramadan (just have a look at this thread). Keep in mind that no one owes you anything here and that it's not so easy to provide all the stuff that you want.
