Actually, Musharraf extended this same appreciation to all countries.. especially when their officials have visited Pakistan. Just off the top of my head, I remember watching him on TV with officials from Germany and Russia conveying the nation's gratitude for how much they helped... (those are non-Muslim countries btw), and the U.S. has also indeed been mentioned in this matter very publicly. If only you would choose to listen.
