As the news spread like a wildfire on social media about the Veena Malik’s program Astaghfaar, an online petition created to be submitted to Pemra for stopping the controversial actress hosting the religious show.

The petition said that “Veena Malik is a notorious porn star known for her semi nude pictures in magazines and Indian movies. Ramadhan is a serious religious matter. It is extremely pathetic that an FHM controversial model will preach religion in the holy month of Ramadhan on a Pakistani channel.

It will hurt the feelings of Muslims all over Pakistan and abroad, it said. Pemra must immediately stop Hero TV from airing such stuff in the holy month of Ramadhan.

So far merely more than 74,000 subscribers of the Facebook like this petition.

Few things:

1) She's not a porn star, however petitioner seems like having great knowledge of what a porn star or porn movie is. I bet if you ask the petitioner he'll give you a word for word depiction of how Veena committed porn, even though in reality she didn't.

2) FFS it doesn't hurt the sentiments of muslims abroad. Get a life and stop acting as Chaudhry of all muslim umma. The so-called umma never stood with us on Kashmir issue, why would anyone give a Fuck about Veena Malik.

3) I am sure Petitioner do know all about FHM. Probably have seen Veena's pictures in it as well because he/she sure knows the difference between semi nude and nude.

Hypocrisy at it's best!
