Well indians played well. They couldnt scored 226 against minnows, but did it against aussies with ease..

Surely some aussies players will now get ipl contract.. 😃

Present indian team is playing with lots of youngsters like pujara, kohli, ashwin, ozha, yadav and some more

A team must have a good combination of seniors and youngsters .
Its great to see future safe in hands of players like unmukt chand. He is on the line of like kohli

Congrats India on winning the title, it says a lot that the system is working there.

Finally Unmukt Chand played a knock worthy of praise, otherwise I had missed him in all World Cup. Beating Pakistan in QF was a confidence booster and from there on it was a less competitive field. But all credit for putting aside earlier odd loss, sticking together and bringing the title home. Champions always performs when it matters the most, and that's what put them at a level above good teams.

Pakistan has a formidable unit but a lot of bad luck and some sort of lack of planning cost them a knock out game. Wouldn't care much about classification games, but there batting stars didn't step up when it mattered the most. Sami Aslam had a rough campaign. Babar Azam aside there isn't much to take back from batting. I hope they'll regroup together, go back and learn from domestic cricket now.
