Pakistan proposes neutral empires for Pak, India series
LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) would propose neutral empires for Pakistan, India cricket series that will be held next year.
Chairman PCB Shahryar Khan said Pakistan had already been proposed the appointment of neutral empires for one-day series in International Cricket Council (ICC) meeting that wasn’t approved.
ICC having a viewpoint that neutral empire could be appointed only with the approval of both the boards. Pakistan and England one-day series would be supervised by the empires after approval of English board whereas Pakistan would also propose neutral empires for Pak, India series in January and February.
Pakistan would demand appointment of neutral empires in his replying tour to these countries, he added.
