the guy has played a million games..and yet is still so damn inconsistent specially in limited overs cricket..

If he wasnt as good as he is in bowling, I wud have immediately kicked him out...

may be he shudnt open and bat lower down the order..

PS: He will be praying that the game gets washed out today and his duck doesnt get counted towards his pathetic batting average..

he has been awful. doesn't show any technique or confidence. I really hope they stick with Azhar Ali who has loads of confidence and is a student who is learning the art fast

actually that is not a bad team..I only wish if we could squeeze in Asad Shafiq and a 6th bowler in there..
I am seriously thinking doing a sin (i.e bringing back Kamran Akmal in the team )..Sarfaraz's keeping has also been poor,,
now Kamran is not a bad opener, I wud send him up there..and also since the team management does not have any faith in Hammad Azam, so I will bring Razzaq in..





so i suggest as follows:

• Kamran Akmal
• Muhammad Hafeez
• Azhar Ali
• Asad Shafiq
• Misbah-ul-Haq
• Umar Akmal
• Shahid Afridi
• Abdul Razzaq
• Muhammad Sami
• Umar Gul
• Saeed Ajmal

The team has 6 bowlers...solid middle order (azhar, shafiq and misbah)
and a fire power to slog (umar akmal, afridi and razzaq)
the only weak link in my team is the openers...but hey..no matter who we play as openers, they will all fail, so might aswell work on other aspects..

the only problem i have with this team is that you are making umar akmal a pinch hitter when he is way better than that and i think he should bat one down to justify his talent and who knows maybe he can be as attacking as ponting was!
at this point when he is introduced he either has to just slog everything or play very slow cz the batting has collapsed!

the other thing is that asad shafiq! man everyone believes in this kid but to be honest his odi figures to date are very unimpressive!

Hafeez isn't in the team no just for batting but for his bowling also, And he is a damn fine bowler...

sarfraz nai kya kiya hian so far???? dropped a catch in every match if i am not wrong, i am not saying bring kamran akmal back, all I am saying is sarfraz is not that good either and he is not a proper batsman either

i miss kamis high pitch shrills from behind the stumps lol
