i think the controversies he makes is what makes shoaib shoaib. without shoaib aktar's controveries he wouldnt be as famous as he is and on top of that i dont think he really has controversies, i tihnk its just that the media plays it up to seem controversial.

What happened he started the firt 3 sessions good but the other 3 sessions he just fainted even though the man knew it his last tour in Australia hope fully he will perform well in VB series INSHALLAH i love cricket i love Pakistan and i LOVe SHoib i hope he does well.

i agree wiht someof u shoaib is a gerat bowler especially in the last tests he was actually swinging it and he was dangereous but in the last he sort a went o his old ways and wasnt really that good but he is a good bowler in my opinion

He tries hard and gives 200% in the match. But cannot escape contriversy. This is not good.

yaar i like shoib more than his mom tell you the truth but he has gained alot of weight and he swung the ball a little but the pace was down. he needs to be the shabhi or he will be of the crikcet team soon when gul and shabbir comes back.

Nobody tells him to throw bullets out there all we care about if he takes wickets. although he is quite good in test but he is poor in One dayer i hope the new year would bring him some luck

shoaib did let the whole team down with his attitude. there is no question abt that. he dint shorten his runup coz everyone wanted him to. he just dint feel like bowling and perhaps also had a bit of injury. but knowing him, the injury cant be too serios. he's just a messed up guy whose known not to give his best in lost causes.

Im starting to think its team managments fault "maybe" for these injuries because they happened last time in indian series to same people Shoaib, Razzaq, Sami, Moin, my point is injuries keep on happening every test series. Maybe a better fitness regieme.

SHOAIB AKHTAR fired back at criticism of his courage last night, declaring he bowled injured and in "unbelievable agony" during the Sydney Test.

The commitment of the flashy Pakistan paceman was publicly questioned by coach Bob Woolmer after Australia's nine-wicket victory at the SCG.

well i think the most important issue here and factor that we shoudl be worried about is the way he performs... its his life and he can live it the way he wants to live it ...maybe he likes the attention and the controversy about him ...i dont think any team in teh world has someone like shoaoib, so talented and a great bowler yet so controversial
