If Shoiab Akhtar isnt back for 2nd ODI i think we should recall mohammed sami for umar gul. Atleast with sami we will get some pace into the attack.

I think Gul played his last international match. I thought he was gonna rock like Asif, but disappointed. He may easily get into the indian team though.

I hope you never work for PCB ever..u cant judge a bowler on one perofrmance alone. He was a tad bit unlicky too when pathan was given not out when he clearly edged the ball..Gull is a good prospect and should be given another chance.

Afridi and Yo Yo together batting is a little worrying now. quite a few run outs. I think only Younis or maybe Malik can run with Yo Yo

Next match is on 11th February. So Akhtar could recover and come back then.

But I wouldn't count out India that soon.

I don't know how he has been performing on domestic circuit, but with the current bowling bench strength I don't see him getting another chance in the near future.
