england in 4th??? based on what exactly? they failed to qualify for euro 2008 and then sucked in the world cup. further proof that these rankings are totally useless. the only ranking that everyone can agree on is spain being #1, having won both the 2008 euros, the 2010 world cup and the under 21 world cup just completed.
