Kuch to hawa bhi sard thi kuch tha tera khayal bhi
Dil ko Khushi ke sath sath hota raha malal bhi
Baat vo adhi raat ki, raat vo poore chand ki
Chand bhi ain chet ka, us pe tera jamal bhi
Sab se nazar bacha ke vo mujh ko aise dekhtay
Ek dafa to ruk gaye gardish-e-mah-o-sal bhi
Dil to chamak sake ga kya, phir bhi tarash ke dekh lo
Shishagaran-e-shahar ke hath ka ye kamal bhi
Us ko na pa sake the jab dil ka ajeeb hal tha
Ab jo palat ke dekhiye baat thi kuch muhal bhi
Meri talab tha ek shakhs, vo jo nahin mila to phir
Hath dua se yun gira, bhool gaya sawal bhi
its a famous ghazal i don't know the poet name but its sung by (Late) Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan... he sung this ghazal in very outstanding way ...
if anyone know the poet name so please let us know... Thanks
