There are easy questions, as long as you have set yourself targets and know what you're doing with your life (career wise)

on 90% of the occasions people get stummped...no matter how prepared...its just not their thing...

ohh answering these questions

by not answering ofcourse how else ?
Q: "Why did you leave your last job?"
coz i hated my boss
Q: "Why do you want to work here?"
I want to make money !!!!! DUHHH

I'm from Pakistan
Q: "Tell me about the worst boss you ever had."
He was mean, fat and ugly
Q: "What are your goals?"

These are standard questions.

Also they will ask about your strenghts.

And you've got to read everything about the company, wherever you want to work for, on the internet. Learn about what kind of activities they do.

Some of the answers i used in my last interview and got the job. hope they help: -

Q: "What are your weaknesses?"

As far as I’m aware I don’t have any, however I do feel there areas which u can always develop further. In particular I would like to develop my communication and customer service skills further.

Q: "How would you solve this problem?"

Example: disgruntled customer

I would listen to the customer, let them explain what the problem is and why they are unsatisfied. I would then empathise with the customer and explain step by step how I would like to try and resolve this problem to the best of my ability. (typical standard answer)

Q: "Why did you leave your last job?"

I felt there was no room for career progression and had worked as much as I could within that role.

Q: "Why do you want to work here?"

You are a market leader, environmentally friendly aware, the company believes in career progression and ongoing staff development and I have heard from other people that work here how they are very happy.

Q: "Tell me about yourself."

I am a fast learner, committed and friendly. I do believe in doing the best that you can in whatever you are doing. I can be quite competitive but work well within in a team aswell.

Q: "Tell me about the worst boss you ever had."

I’ve never had a worst boss. I have always had good communication with my managers as I require minimal supervision and manage my own workload .

Q: "What are your goals?"

To do the best that I can in whatever I am doing.
