i guess i might have sprained my ankle... again
this usually happens to me since the time i went through this rough accident while playing soccer in my laegue team.
so today it is hurting badly

kya keron? any desi nuskays i can apply?

and no.. i dont wanna go to doctor

either wrap ur ankle in sum cloth..it prevents it from getting swollen! ...it compresses it rather..or put ice packs on it for every 10-15 minutes......and for medicine...take sum advil or motrin..im sure it will help u overall too..and dont walk too much...feel better now!..

right now i am at work. am going to leave in 5 mins, and no its not swelling, it never swells. it just hurts, badly, whenever i move my foot from one side to another it hurts alot. i will try puttin ice when i get home. willa lso try advil, also i will try not to walk too much .. but drive kese keroon? ..ahista chalon ga :S

thats like everything, i know for an ankle injury or so.... ...but yeah, if it really hurts severely then dont drive too fast....and when u get home do what i said!
