is this true? about pakistani universities?
my friend , who came form pakistan recently. he was in a university in islamabad, and he tells me that around there in uni's the jurmana ( penalties ) for doing cher char ( flirting ) with a girl is like 250 rps and the penalty for kissing a girl is 500 rps .

i just wanted to know from others in pakistan if this is all true?

bull shit, i dont believe this for a second. I have almost been to every university in Lahore and i havent seen any such rule there, i have even been to Bahria and IBA but i havent really seen anything like that over there.
