Another attack on the judiciary. MQM this time...
MQM's hooligans (workers, terrorists etc.) sieged the Sindh High Court today. Court had to be adjourned due to the security concerns. They were protesting (obviously) against the hearing of the killings on the 12th of May.

Way to go for Gen. Musharraf's favorite terrorist organization. Let me see him using state machinery against MQM in the same way he's used it against PML (N). But of course, why should we expect that from someone who loves spilling blood of Pakistanis and rejoices it by holding public rallies?

More about Gen. Musharraf and his toadies' favorite terrorist organization in Pakistan.
Quote:
KARACHI: The presence of an "unruly crowd" on the premises of the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday hampered proceedings of a suo motu petition regarding the May 12 siege of the SHC and the city courts by armed mobs.
Monday’s incident not only raised serious questions over the efficiency of the law-enforcement agencies regarding the provision of security to the highest court of the province, but more importantly, raised immense concern over the future proceedings of the case.
"We are compelled to adjourn the hearing as no proceeding can be held under the prevailing law and order situation," lawyers' representative Salahuddin Gandapur quoted the court as observing, while hearing the case in the chamber.
The matter was to be taken up at 8:30am after the court rejected the Sindh government's plea for the reconstitution of the bench on previous hearing. The courtroom was jam-packed at that time with dozens of youths, besides Muttahida Qaumi Movement legislators, Awami National Party leaders and other representatives despite the fact that the court did not issue any notices for their personal appearance.
Also the court corridors, the courtyard and the parking area, were occupied by the mob. Roads leading up to the Sindh High Court were also blocked owing to the parking of vehicles that brought the crowd to the court.
No special arrangements were seen to handle such an awkward situation except for some policemen deputed at the gates of the SHC, who allowed everyone entry without any physical search.
Prior to hearing, the court was informed by the counsel, representing the bar association and the government functionaries and in-charge Advocate-General Masood A Noorani, that an unruly mob had gathered on the court premises and they might create a law and order situation.
The lawyers said no security arrangements were seen by the law-enforcement agencies and suggested that if the court assembled anything untoward could happen. The court, in view of the threat, directed the SHC registrar to know the actual situation and he later also expressed the same apprehension.
The court then adjourned the matter till September 17, and directed the office to send the order to the SHC chief justice for an appropriate order in this regard. During the entire episode, top police officials, including AIG Niaz Siddiqui, CCPO Azhar Farooqi, Saddar TPO Tahir Naveed, chose to remain 'silent spectators' and after adjournment they left the court. The crowd then also dispersed peacefully.
Talking to newsmen after the adjournment of the case, Sindh High Court Bar Association Abrar Hassan said a crowd belonging to different political parties had occupied the courtroom before the arrival of the lawyers.
"Majority of the persons present in the courtroom did not know about the decorum of the court," he said, when asked why was it difficult for the court to continue hearing as everyday the court rooms remain jam-packed with litigants.
"They were creating noise in the court," he said, adding had the government sincerely taken security arrangements the hearing of the case might not be adjourned. "We (the lawyers) were called in the chamber. We informed the court that it was impossible to continue the proceedings in such a situation."
Responding to a question, he said the registrar would decide the security arrangements for the next hearing after taking directives from the chief justice. When asked about the crowd, Muttahida Qaumi Movementís lawyer Nawab Mirza, who appeared for the first time before the court in the case, did not link them to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, saying: "Perhaps these people have come to file their affidavits."

The fact that Gen. Musharraf's toadies are blinded by their love for the General and hatred for the state of Pakistan, its civilians, its civil institutions, its constitution and above all its law.

Okay so how exactly am i BLINDLY supporting Musharaf? Is it because i do not agree with whatever you say? Dude, i could go around saying stuff like "Oh your just a hater" too. But i dont because i dont wanna sound like a 2 yr old.
I find Mushy better than BB, Nawaz, etc. therefore, my signature says "Jiyo Musharaf" You got a problem with that?
