Halat-e-Hazra Rules. Please Read BEFORE posting.
- This section is for serious discussions only. Cursing is not allowed. Please use proper and mature language, and keep your discussions mature likewise.
- No India vs Pakistan threads will be allowed unless it has a major importance.
- Any hate threads or posts directed towards Pakistan will be locked and/or removed. Members involved in starting such topics will face warnings and repeat offenders will face a ban.
- No incitement of ethnic sentiments will be tolerated. Also, do not bring up the issue of ethnicity unless it is absolutely necessary and central to the topic at hand. Repeat offenders will be subject to a ban if they do not refrain from this practice.
- Also, keep in mind that topics or posts that demean other religions to prove a political stand will also be locked.
- Please avoid posting long articles. Summarize and give a reference to wherever you got your article from. This way we won't be questioning your credibility.
- Do not bash members and their thoughts. This will not be tolerated anymore. One should always respect other members and their opinions and not get personal regardless of their nationality and their gender. Don't pass judgement on their knowledge based on their gender. Anyone found breaking this rule will be warned.
- Please avoid bringing religion into threads. There is a reason we have a separate Religion Section. Any such threads will be locked, and garbage collected.
If you are posting an article, we are assuming that you want to discuss it as well, so DO post your own analysis on it. There is no point in posting articles and not starting a discussion. Therefore, voice your own opinions while posting the article. This is not a section to increase your post count.
Constructive criticism is always welcome, but the moment a user starts taking personal shots at a moderator, you will be banned, no questions asked. So if a user has an issue with a moderator, please do the following:
1. Contact the moderator in question to seek an explanation.
2. If you have been banned, you must wait your ban time before asking the question.
3. If you are not satisfied with the moderator in question, please post a thread in the feedback forum, or contact a global mod, or an admin. They will investigate and get back to you. The result may or may not be to your liking, so be aware.
