I find this really good explanation and message for all Muslims on this issue. I have to share it here. Once again perpetuating hate and violence is nowhere justified in Islam or in it's holy text.

Take few minutes and listen to the guy. A very good take on the issue, and aa practical way on how to approach it. This is the message we should all convey to follow muslims to remove any misconception in regards to this issue.

100 % agreed. Also It was not the sunnah of our prophet to react in aggressive response.

But the problem is muslim are not aware of these things and thus react and respond on their emotions on the lack of knowledge. And the reason is our disconnection from the people of knowledge (scholars).

Even on this forums majority of the members love and enjoy to abuse the learned people in Islam. Then they nit and pick from the boffet of their own choice and convienently agree with something that fits their self-defined version/sect of Islam.

So how do you expect to learn when you abuse the sources where you can obtain your knowledge about your religion ?

I agree that disconnect from people of knowledge is a big reason but even bigger reason is a disconnect from Holy Quran and Prophet (PBUH) sunnah. I don't think anyone of these protesters can explain what aspect of Islam are they fulfilling by doing violent protest and involve in hatred speech. Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) never gave any such examples and never does he retort to such actions even under most testing circumstances.

You know that verses of the quran are being misunderstood quite often. I can say this from personal experience(understanding a verse to be something until) after listening or attending the talks of students of knowledge (who learn from scholars). Even the sahaba karaam used to mistakenly take a different interpretation of a verse and then the Prophet PBUH used to correct them. And they were the Sahaba, one of the best generations.

And how many muslims would you know who buy volumes of Bukhari and sahahi Muslim (and each volume probably might contain 10 books or so) and then read (not memorize) them all ???? To become knowledgable about the Sunnah of Prophet PBUH ?

With the Scholars the buck just doesn't stop at the Quran and Sunnah. They are also well versed in fiqh/jurisprudence matters and many other day to day daily issues.



I received a text from a brother that says the statement of a Salafi Scholar Sheikh Saalih. Now I am not sure is it Sheikh Saalih al Fawzaan or another one..i will try to find that out but i know the he is a salafi scholar

The Text reads :-

Sheikh Saalih : "Our Advise that is to have comportment and not show disapproval in this manner; demonstrations or harming innocent people, and wasting wealth, this is not permissible.

Those who must respond to this are the scholars, not the common folk. The scholars respond to these affairs. They (i.e the kuffar) want to cause chaos amongst us and they wish to affect us; this is what they want.They want us to fight one another. the soldiers withhold while these poeple attack; and there occurs beating, killing and injury. This is what they want.

Calm down, calm down. Those who are responsible for responding are the people of knowledge and insight. Or they could choose not to respond to them and resolve not to respond. The pagans used to the Messenger a magician, a soothsayer, a liar etc. And Allah commanded him to have patience. They did not protestin Makkah nor did they destroyed any of the homes of the pagans nor did they kill anyone. Patience and comport until Allah the Glorified and High facilitates a way for the Muslims.

That which is obligatory is to have comportment; especially in these times and in these tribulations and within this evil which is going on within the lands of the Muslims. It's obligatory to have comportment and not rush into these affairs. "








[ on a side note, This is the stand of all the Salafi Shayukhs whether on this matter or the matter of arab spirng revoults upon which too they all united in refuting it (arab spring revoults).

Yes at times like this the cowards do want to practice patience. What a joke. I am sure they are so amazingly civilized in there daily life. I am sure they practice patience like the best of em in there daily life. Or is it when they are stuck in traffic they start to get angry and mad. Insulting is one thing. But portraying and lying about how he was is another. Surely you must understand that. I can understand he was patient when ppl made comments about him. Nobody went out of the way to lie about him, that is another thing.

So, when the people of makkah called him a magician, a liar and fraud, they were just complaining, right?

Sahaba were the best gerneration : million miles better than me and you , if they did not react to the lies and propaganda of kuffar of those times then what right have you got to do ?

And I want evidence from Quran and sunnah : just like I asked you in the previous post.

I am not interested in your personal views; because you are not a scholar , not even a student of a scholar...probably a 5 times namazee (alhumdulliallah). And just being a 5 times namazee does not give anyone the authorithy to make weighty and heavy decision making that should be shouldered by scholars extraplolating to a fatwa.

Now again unless you can give direct proofs from Quran OR Sunnah, I respectfully do not want you to reply to my post.

Well to many people to reply to here so I won't quote. To whom it may concern. What do you want from the Quran or Sunnah?. I rather not be a scholar in the days we live in. Nor will I listen to em. I can recall this one instance now don't ask me what hadith this is cause i forget. But i will not quote something which is not authentic I think i know the punishment of doing so. I will most certainly not do it on a useless forum, where we have all sort of people. Anyway, one time someone came up to Nabi SAW and said something negative. The sahabi said ke Rasool Allah SAW agar app kahain to is ke sar abhi kalam kar doon. But he said no. So yes Rasool Allah SAW said no. The point is the sahabi was ready to defend the Prophet PBUH. But today you guys want to practice patience. Be my guest people. If you don't get mad, then you should atleast cry that this happen. For you to feel nothing in your heart at all is questioning in my eyes. I say to you like i said to my co worker. I said you will see 2 reactions to this. Some will cry because of this or some will fight because of this. But no one will sit back and say let's practice patience. There are other things we can be patient about.

The reason why rasool Allah (SAW) said no coz the sahaba wasn't correct. The sunnah of the prophet is that you have to be patient, and sahaba have to obey that as they were in the learning process all their life. By practicing patience, I can say for most of them meant by protest but in a peaceful manner. Make a movie about Rasool Allah(SAW) but in a positive manner. You think people don't have money to educate other about prophet by making a documentary movie?

There were incidents where sahabas raped war women and prophet stopped those sahabas. that doesn't mean that raping women is right.
