He is totally wrong on his concept.
There are various Saheeh Hadith where some people with big mustache came to Prophet Muhammad pbuh and prophet turned his face the other way (Prophet was not pleased), Prophet asked the people who told you to have mustache like this, The people reply our lord (King) told us to wear a mustache like this.. in reply the prophet Muhammad pbuh said and my Lord told me to have Beard.

This is what it says in the Bible

if a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head.
Corinthians 11:6
