I would say laser hair removal is the way to go these days.

You shouldn't touch your facial hair, just leave it as it is Obviously if you have excessive facial hair growth you would want to get rid of it but talk to a doc about it instead.
It is possible to wax your facial hair though, but I think there are special wax strips available for that and using the regular wax thing won't be wise as the skin on your legs is more "firm" than the one on your face, if that makes sense?
About laser, it is expensive and I have heard it doesn't work, (from people who have tried it) the hair grows back.

Sunbal - it's okay to get rid of facial hair by wax. It's safe even on sensitive skin and many people get it done. You can get it done professionally or try doing it yourself at home. If you've never waxed any other area before then don't start from your face. You need to remember a few basic rules though - NEVER wax the same area more than twice. You should wait for 24-48 hours if you want to go over it again. Always do a patch test to make sure the wax/body sugar is not too hot. Wash your face or wherever you're going to wax to make sure your skin is not oily. You can also powder the area to really make sure you get rid of any moisture.

DONT wax your face, the skin is very sensitive it may breakout & will eventually become lose n saggy. Try bleaching or threading instead.
